Ingredients:
• 2 liters Milk
• 1 small tin sweet condensed Milk
• 1 cup – khoya, unsweetened
• 3 custard apples, seeded
• Sugar, if needed
• 5 drops of vanilla essence
Method:
- Boil milk, gently till creamy. Remove cream.
- To the cooked milk, add condensed milk, broken khoya and essence.
- Blend completely and chill till thick.
- Just before serving, add the pulp of the custard apples so that the flavour is fresh.
- Serve very cold.
