Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Oats flour
• 3 tbsp – rolled oats
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Warm water
• Salt
• Oil for cooking
• Flour for dusting

Method:

  1. Take the wheat flour, oats flour, rolled oats, garam masala powder and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add the water and knead as a smooth and soft dough.
  3. Keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Make medium sized balls from the dough, dust with flour and roll them as rotis.
  5. Heat a tawa and roast rotis with a few drops of oil.
  6. Cook on both sides until they get well cooked.
  7. Enjoy warm with any sort of chutneys or kurmas.
