Ingredients:
• 3 – eggs
• 6 tbsp – Sugar
• 6 tbsp – Maida
• Salt, a pinch
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• Ghee
Method:
- Beat egg, sugar, and salt using an egg beater till fluffy.
- Add maida and vanilla essence, and mix well.
- Grease a nonstick pan and pour the mixture in it.
- Pressure cook on a very low flame till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
