Ingredients:
• 6 – Chicken wings
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Marinate the chicken wings with all the above ingredients.
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan and Deep Fried chicken wings 2 at a time till crisp and golden brown.
- Serve the chilli sauce.
