Ingredients:

• Skin of one Orange
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 2 – dry chilli
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Saute the ingredients for 2 mins.
  2. Grind them in a mixer.
  3. Serve with idlis or dosas.
