
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg Carrot
• 3-4 cups Milk
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp – almonds, Cashew nuts and Pistachio nuts, grated
• Silver foil
Method:
- Cut carrots into one inch pieces.
- Grind them in the blender with milk.
- Cook them in the pressure cooker until they are soft.
- Transfer into a microwavable container.
- Add sugar, ghee and cardamom powder.
- Microwave the contents for about 15 to 20 mins or until the ghee seperates on the sides of the container.
- Stir every 5 mins
- Sprinkle grated almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio nuts.
- Garnish with silver foil.
