
Ingredients:
• 300g – Mawa or khoya
• 3-4 tbsp – All purpose flour (Maida)
• Sugar to make syrup
• Water
• Kesar
• Elachi
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Make a soft dough of maida and khoya.
- Take small pieces of the dough and roll it into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a pan on low, add in the maida balls one by one.
- After 5 min the balls will rise up.
- The balls must be fried on a balanced temperature.
- When it browns on both sides, take it out of the pan and put it into the sugar syrup (mixture of water and sugar) for 30 min approx.
- Serve warm
