Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Spinach (washed and finely chopped)
• 2 cups – yogurt
• 1 pinch of Hing
• salt
• 2 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Take a vessel, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds pop, add hing (asafoetida).
  2. Add chopped spinach. Fry for 2 mins. Let cool it for 5 mins in a bowl.
  3. Then add yogurt and salt. Mix well.
  4. This tastes good with all breads.
