
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Fine semolina
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tsp – Finely chopped Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – Cooking oil
• salt to taste
• Water, as required
Method:
- Mix all three core ingredients – semolina, rice flour and maida in a big bowl.
- Add rest of the ingredients and make a thick batter by adding water gradually.
- Heat paniyaram pan and drizzle some oil in each case.
- Put a tablespoonful of batter in each case.
- Cover it with a lid and cook it for nearly 7-8 minutes.
- Use a wooden stick to turn them over.
- Cook covered again for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve hot with tomato-onion chutney.
