Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Crab
• 4 – Kashmiri Red Chillies
• 2 tbsp – Cilantro
• 1/2 tbsp – Turmeric
• 4 pods – Garlic
• 1 small piece – Ginger
• 1/4 tbsp – cumin
• 1 – big Onion
• 1 – big Tomato
• Coconut as per taste
• Tamarind juice as per taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the crab into pieces.
- Grind ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander, coconut and cumin into a thick paste.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add the mustard (NOT MENTIONED IN INGREDIENTS) and chopped onion. Fry well.
- Add the tomato and fry well.
- Add the masala paste and fry well until the oil separates.
- Add the crabs and boil well.
- Add salt and tamarind juice and cook for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro.
