Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Pineapple chopped roughly
• 2 Ice cubes
• Salt as required
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice (optional)
• 25 ml – Milk (preferably cold)
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – Soda water
Method:
- Pressure cook pineapple pieces for 1 whistle until soft.
- Blend all the other ingredients together with cooked pineapple until frothy in a mixer or blender.
- Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
