
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – whole Wheat flour
• 1 tbsp – active Dry yeast
• 1/2cup – lukewarm water
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – paneer, crumbled
• 1/4 cup – Olive oil
Method:
- Mix the yeast, sugar and salt in lukewarm water and keep aside for 5 minutes until the yeast mixture turns foamy.
- Mix the whole wheat flour and crumbled paneer in a bowl.
- Slowly add the foamy yeast.
- Add the oil and more water if required, and knead into a soft dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover the bowl with a towel and keep in a warm place.
- Let it sit for an hour until it has doubled in volume.
- After an hour, punch down the dough and knead again.
- Make 6-8 medium sized balls from the dough and arrange one by one in greased moulds.
- Let them sit again for an hour in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Brush the breads with olive oil and bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until the crust turns brown.
- Remove from the moulds and allow to cool.
- Serve with salads, soups or spreads.
