Ingredients:

• 1 – Large Onion
• 8 – Red Chillies
• A little – Tamarind
• – Salt
• 50 ml – Oil

Method:

  1. Cut the onions into small pieces
  2. Add red chillies, tamarind and salt. Grind it into nice thick paste, adding a little water.
  3. In a non-stick pan, add 50 ml of cooking oil. Fry the ground paste in a medium flame till the mixture turns red and the oil starts to separate.
  4. Remove from heat and cool. Store it in a dry vessel.
