Ingredients:
• 1 cup – poha.
• 1 – potato.
• 2 tbsp – semolina (sooji).
• 2 – bread slices.
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped.
• Red Chilli powder.
• salt to taste.
• Lemon juice.
• Turmeric powder.
• garam masala.
• fresh Coriander leaves (chopped).
• oil for deep fry.
Method:
- Wash the poha in running water and take it in a bowl.
- Add water to it until it becomes soft and then mash it.
- Mash the boiled potato and crush the bread slice in it.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to it and keep it aside for a little bit.
- Make small balls and flatten them.
- Coat it in sooji and deep fry it on medium high flame.
