Ingredients:
• 2 cups – green bell pepper
• 1 tbsp – ginger, grated
• 5 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – amchur powder
• 1 – tbsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds for tempering
Method:
- Dry roast the fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and grind to a fine powder, keep aside
- Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds, add the grated ginger and minced garlic cloves, saute until they turn golden brown
- Add the bell pepper chunks, saute for 5 mins
- Add the red chilli powder, amchur powder and already prepared ground powder and salt
- Saute until the vegetables get well coated
