Ingredients:

• 2 cups – green bell pepper
• 1 tbsp – ginger, grated
• 5 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – amchur powder
• 1 – tbsp – Fenugreek seeds
• 1 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds for tempering

Method:

  1. Dry roast the fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and grind to a fine powder, keep aside
  2. Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds, add the grated ginger and minced garlic cloves, saute until they turn golden brown
  3. Add the bell pepper chunks, saute for 5 mins
  4. Add the red chilli powder, amchur powder and already prepared ground powder and salt
  5. Saute until the vegetables get well coated
