Ingredients:

• Rice (cooked) – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Cabbage – 1/2 cup
• Carrot – 1
• Green Capsicum – 1
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Soya sauce – 2 tsps
• salt to taste
• Sprouted green gram – 1/2 cup
• To grind:
• 3 – green chillies, a little Ginger

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Saute vegetables, chilli paste for a while and add sprouted green gram.
  3. Add rice, salt, soya sauce and mix well.
  4. Heat on low flame for 2 minutes.
