Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Boneless Chicken
• 3/4 tsp – Oil
• For the paste:
• 3/4 cup – Grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 4 to 5 – Red Chillies
• 6 – Garlic flakes
• 3 tsp – pepper powder (to suit your taste)
• Few karipatha leaves

Method:

  1. Make a paste of all the above said ingredients except the chicken and oil.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the paste to it and add salt to taste.
  3. Mix it well, add the chicken pieces and one cup water. Keep the pan covered at medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
