Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Wash the pieces of goat / sheep’s head well.
  2. Boil with a little water in a suitable pan or pressure cooker till cooked.
  3. In another vessel, saute the onions, green chillies and the ginger garlic paste for some time.
  4. Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mustard powder and fry for some time with a little water.
  5. Add the cooked sheep’s head pieces along with the soup, chopped garlic and salt and simmer till the gravy is thick.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander if deserved.
