Ingredients:

• 2 cups Cauliflower florets, blanched
• 1 cup Broccoli florets, blanched
• 3 hardboiled eggs, quartered
• 1 spring onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped Celery
• few Spinach leaves, torn into pieces
• 2 tbsp Vinegar
• 1.5 cup

Method:

  1. Mix vinegar in dressing. Mix together cauliflower, broccoli, eggs and spring onion.
  2. Pour the dressing.
  3. Toss it well.
  4. Spread spinach leaves in a dish.
  5. Pour the salad.
  6. Before serving garnish with celery.
