Ingredients:

• 100g – Rice flour
• 100g – Jaggery
• 100g – Ghee
• 5 tsp – Fresh coconut, grated
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Water

Method:

  1. Roast rice flour in 50g ghee for 5- 10 mins. Keep aside.
  2. Dilute the jaggery in water and strain the water.
  3. Mix the jaggery with the rice powder and stir in the remaining ghee.
  4. Keep stirring until it leaves the sides of the pan smoothly.
  5. Add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
  6. Serve hot.
