
Ingredients:
• Mutton -1 kg
• Curd- 1 kg
• Potatoes- 4-5 small sized
• Oil
• Red Chilli powder- 2- tsp
• Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste- 1tsp
• Dried coconut- 100 g
• Peanuts- 50 g
• Khas khas- 3 tsp
• Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp
• Coriander- 1 small bunch
• Green chillies 5-7
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Slice the onions and fry until brown.
- Now cut the potatoes in square shapes, fry them and keep aside.
- In a cooker, add half the curd, fried onions, oil, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and the mutton.
- Pressure cook till the mutton is tender.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add grated copra, peanuts, khas khas paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until the oil separates.
- Add the remaining curd and cook till it reduces.
- Now add fried potatoes to the cooked mutton and stir well.
- Add coriander and the garam masala and simmer for 5 mins.
- Serve hot.
