Ingredients:

• 1 cup – groundnuts (roasted)
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Aamchur
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• a pinch – baking powder
• salt to taste
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Make a paste out of all the ingredients, except besan and groundnuts.
  2. Pour a cup of groundnuts over this paste. Sprinkle besan over it.
  3. Mix well until you see all the groundnuts coated with the mixture.
  4. Fry in little oil on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Let it cool.
