
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – groundnuts (roasted)
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Aamchur
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• a pinch – baking powder
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Make a paste out of all the ingredients, except besan and groundnuts.
- Pour a cup of groundnuts over this paste. Sprinkle besan over it.
- Mix well until you see all the groundnuts coated with the mixture.
- Fry in little oil on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Let it cool.
