
Ingredients:
• 200 g- Paneer/cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup – Chopped coriander
• 1/4 cup – Chopped Parsley
• 1/4 cup- Crushed Cashewnuts or Almonds
• 25 g- Corn flour
• 100 g- Flour
• 1/4 cup – Spring onions – chopped
• 1 Clove Garlic – flaked
• 4-5 Green chillies – chopped
• 100 g- Tomato sauce
• 1/4 tsp- Pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Chilli sauce
• 1/4 tsp- Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tsp- Salt
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 2- Onion Leeks for garnishing
• Cooking oil
Method:
- In a large bowl mix the paneer, parsley, nuts, flour, spring onions, garlic, pepper, salt, sugar and the green chillies
- Now add 1/3rd of the tomato, soya and chilli sauces and vinegar
- Blend well to form a thick mixture, add some water if required
- Make 1.5″ sized balls of this mixture and deep fry till golden brown
- In a saucepan, add all the remaining sauces and vinegar with 2 cups of water and boil
- Add salt to taste, sugar and the corn flour
- Let it simmer
- Add the balls and simmer for 2 mins
- Garnish with onion leeks.
