Ingredients:

• 900g kiwi fruit
• 1/2 Lemon
• 1 juice Orange
• 40g sugarfree powder

Method:

  1. Squeeze the half lemon and the orange.
  2. Pour the juice into a salad bowl.
  3. Peel the kiwi fruit and reduce into a smooth puree in the blender.
  4. Add the sugarfree powder and mix thoroughly then pour mixture into the ice cream churn. Freeze.
  5. Serve the sorbet with thin slices of orange, with a passion fruit puree or with a selection of fruits when in season.
  6. Can be eaten with biscuits.
