
Ingredients:
• 2 – medium sized Potatoes
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- Peel and cut the potatoes into circles.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the potato pieces in rice flour and drop into the pan. Fry on medium flame till golden brown.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
