Ingredients:
• Chicken Drumsticks – 12
• Green chillies, finely chopped – 25 or more
• Ginger, grated – 2 tsp
• Garlic, grated – 2 tsp
• Onions, finely chopped – 3
• Grind the below to make into a powder:
• Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
• Methi seeds – 1/4 tsp
• Jeera – 1/4 tsp
• Saunf – 1/4 tsp
• Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon – 3 big pieces
• Cloves – 5
• Kaloova – 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry the onions till it starts to brown slightly.
- Add cleaned chicken and chopped green chillies and cook till all the juices are nearly evaporated.
- Add grated ginger and garlic and fry for a few minutes.
- When the chicken is nearly done, add the powder and fry till fragrant.
- Add water and simmer till the chicken is cooked and most of the water is evaporated.
- Serve hot with rice.
