Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Tomato
• 1 – Coconut (grated)
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
Method:
- Boil tomatoes in water for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove and grind it in mixie without water.
- Filter it and separate the pulp and the juice.
- Keep pulp aside and take only juice.
- Heat juice on a low flame, stirring it continuously.
- As it starts becoming thick, add coconut, sugar and again stir it, till it becomes thick and leaves the sides.
- Grease a big plate with ghee, spread mixture over it and make diamond shapes on it.
- Cool it for 1-2 hours.
