Ingredients:

• 150 g – Mushroom
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 floret – garlic, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 1 to 1.5 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the mushroom into same shape and size.
  2. Marinate mushrooms in salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar for 20 mins.
  3. Chop onion finely.
  4. Heat oil in heavy pan, and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
  5. Now add chopped onion, garlic into oil and stir it very well.
  6. Add marinated mushroom in it and stir it.
  7. Add salt, chilli powder and green chillies in it.
  8. Add vinegar and soya sauce in it.
  9. Cover it and cook it on low-med flame.
  10. Turn off the gas and add garam masala.
  11. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
