
Ingredients:
• 150 g – Mushroom
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 floret – garlic, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped fine
• 1 to 1.5 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the mushroom into same shape and size.
- Marinate mushrooms in salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar for 20 mins.
- Chop onion finely.
- Heat oil in heavy pan, and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
- Now add chopped onion, garlic into oil and stir it very well.
- Add marinated mushroom in it and stir it.
- Add salt, chilli powder and green chillies in it.
- Add vinegar and soya sauce in it.
- Cover it and cook it on low-med flame.
- Turn off the gas and add garam masala.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
