
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk powder
• 1.5 to 2 cups – Sugar
• 6 – Cardamom
• 4 cups – water
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 5 tbsp – cold Milk
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Knead a smooth dough by mixing milk powder, ghee, milk and baking powder.
- Make 1 inch round balls and keep covered with a wet napkin.
- Make sugar syrup, add crushed cardamom and keep warm.
- Fry all the jamuns in oil until golden and drop them in the syrup.
- Serve warm or cold.
