
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer cubes
• For the marinade:
• 4 Cloves – garlic, crushed
• 1 inch piece – ginger, grated
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1/2 cup – Curd (thick)
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 3 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and coat all the paneer cubes well.
- Arrange all the cubes on the microwave plate and cook on high for 4 mins.
- Again cook on crisper mode for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
