
Ingredients:
• 1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
• 1 cup Milk (previously boiled)
• 2 cups Sugar
• 1 cup Ghee (clarified butter)
• 1 cup grated Coconut
Method:
- Place a heavy-bottom pan on a stove top.
- First, put ghee in it. After a minute, add milk and sugar.
- Wait for one more minute and put besan and coconut powder.
- Keep stirring the mixture on a medium flame until you get a thick consistency like you would for a mithai.
- Put off the fire and immediately pour the mixture into a greased plate (greased with a spoon of ghee).
- Cut them to squarish or diamond shapes. Let them cool.
- Garnish with dry fruits (optional). Your seven cups dish is ready.
