Ingredients:

• 200 g – low cal Paneer
• 200 g – channa, soaked overnight
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 – large Onions chopped
• 2 – large Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once they crackle, add the onions to it and saute.
  3. Now, add the ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Continue sauteeing.
  4. Add the channa and saute well. Then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add all the remaining spices and cook on low heat.
  6. When almost done, add the low calorie paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Once done, serve with roti.
