Ingredients:

• Tamarind – Marble sized ball
• Green chillies – 2
• Curd – 1 cup
• Salt
• For seasoning:
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Dry Red Chillies – 2
• Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Mash a handful of tamarind in warm water.
  2. Add green chillies, salt and curds.
  3. Season oil with red chillies and curry leaves. Pour over it.
  4. Serve hot.
