
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – prawns.
• 2 – onions, big (chopped).
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• salt to taste.
• oil for frying.
Method:
- Clean the prawns.
- Grind onions to a fine paste.
- Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Marinate the prawns with this ground paste and keep it for about an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these prawns until they are properly cooked.
- Serve Hot.
