Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat rava
• 1 cup – brown Rice
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• salt

Method:

  1. Wash and soak the wheat rava and brown rice for 3 hours together.
  2. Soak the rolled oats for half an hour separately.
  3. Grind everything together into a coarse batter with enough salt.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of the batter and spread as a dosa.
  5. Cook on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with any spicy chutney.
