Ingredients:

• 200 gm – frozen peas.
• 4 cups – water.
• Half a lemon.
• One pinch – pepper powder.
• 1/2 tsp – vinegar.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil water along with peas in a kadai or pan.
  2. Remove from flame and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add pepper powder, a half a spoon of vinegar and salt to taste.
  4. Finally squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  5. Delicious hot, peas clear soup is yours to sip on a cold evening.
