
Ingredients:
• 1/4 bunch – Mint leaves
• 1/2 bunch – coriander
• 1-inch piece Ginger
• 5 to 6 flakes – Garlic
• 5 nos. – Green chillies
• 2 cups – basmati Rice
• 3 nos. – Onion
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 4 cups – water
• corn, Paneer – optional
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind the ingredients to a fine paste. Keep aside.
- Take basmati rice, wash and keep aside.
- Cut 3 big size onions length wise and now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a kadai
- Add jeera to it.
- Once jeera becomes brown, add chutney and roast for 3-4 mins.
- Add rice and also roast for 2 mins. Now add 4 cups of water and put in rice cooker.
- Stir occasionally .You can add corn and paneer to it.
- Add salt as required.
- Serve with boondi raita, vegetable raita, and papad.
