Ingredients:

• 250 g – soaked soya beans
• 100 g – Sugar
• 1/4 litre – Milk
• 100 g – mawa
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Soak the soya beans overnight and grind them in a mixer.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the soya bean mix for a few minutes.
  3. Add milk and let it cook.
  4. As the mixture starts getting dry, add mawa and sugar.
  5. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Pour out on to a tray, let it cool, and serve.
