
Ingredients:
• 250 g – soaked soya beans
• 100 g – Sugar
• 1/4 litre – Milk
• 100 g – mawa
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Soak the soya beans overnight and grind them in a mixer.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the soya bean mix for a few minutes.
- Add milk and let it cook.
- As the mixture starts getting dry, add mawa and sugar.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Pour out on to a tray, let it cool, and serve.
