Ingredients:

• 2 – ripe Tomatoes (hybrid)
• 1 cup – thick fresh curds
• 2 – Green chillies chopped
• 1 – Red Chilli
• 1 tsp- oil
• 1/4 tsp – mustards
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• 4 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp -coriander leaves chopped

Method:

  1. Beat the curd.
  2. Chop tomatoes and cook them in medium flame till they become soft. Cool and mix with curd. Add salt to this and mix well.
  3. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustards. When they splutter, add cumin, green chillies, red chilli and curry leaves. Pour this over the pachhdi and mix well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice, idli or dosa.
