
Ingredients:
• 2 – ripe Tomatoes (hybrid)
• 1 cup – thick fresh curds
• 2 – Green chillies chopped
• 1 – Red Chilli
• 1 tsp- oil
• 1/4 tsp – mustards
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• 4 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp -coriander leaves chopped
Method:
- Beat the curd.
- Chop tomatoes and cook them in medium flame till they become soft. Cool and mix with curd. Add salt to this and mix well.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add mustards. When they splutter, add cumin, green chillies, red chilli and curry leaves. Pour this over the pachhdi and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice, idli or dosa.
