Ingredients:
• 10 – potatoes, cubed.
• 2 sprigs – dry mint.
• 2 tsp – mustard oil.
• 1/4 tsp – turmeric.
• Pinch – asafoetida.
• 2 tsp – cumin powder.
• 2 tsp – coriander powder.
• 1/2 tsp – garam masala.
• Bay Leaf – 1.
Method:
- Heat oil, add all the ingredients, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook till potatoes are well done.
- Serve hot.
