
Ingredients:
• 2.5 cups – Desiccated Coconut
• 1 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup – Mango pulp (tinned)
• 1tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tbsp- Almond flakes.
Method:
- Heat the ghee, the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder, mango pulp together in a microwave bowl on high for 10-15 minutes (stir twice in between).
- Then let the mixture get cooled.
- Now take a small portion and roll it as a laddoo. Repeat for the entire dough.
- Now dip in the almond flakes and store in an air tight box.
