
Ingredients:
• Cashewnuts – 25 gms
• Almonds – 25 gms
• Pistachio – 25 gms
• Pecans – 25 gms
• Condensed Milk – 1 can
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• Rose Essence – 1 tsp
Method:
- Soak all nuts separately in warm water for 3-4 hours.
- Drain and grind them together into a fine paste using as little water as possible.
- Grease a marble or wooden surface with ghee ( 1 tsp)
- Mix together condensed milk and the nuts paste.
- Cook in a pan on a medium flame.
- When the mixture thickens, reduce the flame and keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides (make sure there are no lumps) of the pan.
- Sprinkle corn flour, stir well and remove from fire immediately.
- Mix in the rose water and quickly turn it on to the greased marble or wooden surface.
- Roll thinly with a greased roller and cut it in to diamond shapes.
