Ingredients:

• Cashewnuts – 25 gms
• Almonds – 25 gms
• Pistachio – 25 gms
• Pecans – 25 gms
• Condensed Milk – 1 can
• Corn flour – 1 tsp
• Rose Essence – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Soak all nuts separately in warm water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Drain and grind them together into a fine paste using as little water as possible.
  3. Grease a marble or wooden surface with ghee ( 1 tsp)
  4. Mix together condensed milk and the nuts paste.
  5. Cook in a pan on a medium flame.
  6. When the mixture thickens, reduce the flame and keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides (make sure there are no lumps) of the pan.
  7. Sprinkle corn flour, stir well and remove from fire immediately.
  8. Mix in the rose water and quickly turn it on to the greased marble or wooden surface.
  9. Roll thinly with a greased roller and cut it in to diamond shapes.
