
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Sliced Spinach
• 100 gms – Mixed vegetables like carrots, potatoes, brinjals, Cabbage and French beans
• 50 gms – Tomatoes
• 1 – Medium onion, sliced
• 1 inch piece ginger, minced
• 3 – Green chillies, minced
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• Salt and chilli powder to taste
Method:
- Mix together all the ingredients and put in a pan with 1 cup of water.
- When all the vegetables are soft, remove from fire and mash coarsely.
- Reheat and cook till slightly thick.
- Serve with plain boiled rice.
