Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 2 cups – water
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• salt

Method:

  1. Wash and soak the rice in 2 cups water for at least 30 mins.
  2. Put the rice, water, salt and ghee into the microwave uncovered at 100% power for 8 mins or till there are steamy holes over the surface.
  3. Cover and continue to cook at 70% power for 3 mins.
  4. Let it stand for 5 mins before serving.
