Ingredients:

• 1 – puff pastry sheet
• 200 g – white chocolate bar (broken into large pieces)
• a few Almond flakes

Method:

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 8 rectangles.
  3. Place the white chocolate pieces on 4 rectangle sheets and sprinkle some almond flakes.
  4. Make 3 slits in the remaining 4 rectangular sheets and gently place one by one over the 4 other sheets so that they are fully covered.
  5. Brush the edges with water and seal them well.
  6. Place the puffs over a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.
