
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – coriander (dhania)
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 6 – medium red dry chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Methi (fenugreek)
• 2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera (cumin seeds)
Method:
- Dry roast all the ingredients in a tawa, powder and keep aside in a bottle, for later use.
