
Ingredients:
• Cauliflower – 1/2 flower broken into 1 inch pieces
• Carrots – cut into 2 inch by 1/2 inch pieces
• Peas – 100 g
• String beans – 100 g
• Brussels sprouts – 100 g
• 1 – Lemon
Method:
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper to taste on the vegetables and shake them well such that they are mixed well.
- Put 1.5 inches of water in a pressure cooker and place all the vegetables in a steamer. Cook until one whistle.
- Remove the vegetables from the cooker and place them in a serving tray.
- Squeeze lemon on top to taste.
- Serve with rotis.
