Ingredients:

• 200 gms – Paneer
• 150 gms – cheese (grated)
• 100 gms. – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 10 gms – whole Wheat flour (atta)
• 5 gms – ginger, cut finely in pieces
• 5 gms – garlic, cut finely
• 5 gms – green Coriander leaves
• 2 gms – ajwain
• Butter for serving
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Mix the potatoes, cheese and paneer and keep aside.
  2. Then add flour and all the other ingredients.
  3. Now take the paneer mixture and wrap it over in seekh sticks and cook in a tandoor for 10 mins.
  4. When the paneer mixture turns golden brown, then remove from the tandoor and put butter and serve with dhania-pudina ki chutney.
