Ingredients:

• 1 cup – peas, cooked.
• 1/2 cup – carrots, cut into pieces.
• 1/2 cup – sweet corn, boiled.
• 1 cup – milk.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder.
• A pinch sugar.
• 1 tsp – butter.
• 1 tbsp – Cream (optional).
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce.
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method:

  1. Boil the peas and carrots till soft. Blend in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
  2. Mix all ingredients except corn and strain.
  3. Now add corn and bring to boil, adjust consistency and seasoning.
  4. Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
